Job Overview
Pakistan Digital Authority, a Government of Pakistan organization, has advertised one Admin Officer position at Grade-6 on a contract basis through the National Job Portal. The Admin Officer supports the Authority's day-to-day administrative, facility, asset and workplace operations so that organizational functioning runs smoothly.
The work brings together facility services, asset and inventory management, vendor coordination, office logistics, records and general administrative activity. The post holder must carry out these tasks in line with Pakistan Digital Authority's internal policies, applicable procurement requirements and HSE guidelines.
The role sits within an administrative support function and works under the Admin Lead, with regular coordination across Finance and other departments. It involves handling official files and correspondence through e-Office, helping prepare summaries, notes, letters, office orders and memoranda, and supporting procurement documentation such as quotations and comparative statements.
The Admin Officer also maintains procurement, contract, vendor, inventory and administrative records, verifies administrative bills and invoices, arranges travel and logistics, and helps compile records for audit and compliance matters.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in administration, facilities management, office operations or related support functions.
- Experience in the public sector and familiarity with PPRA requirements and HSE practices is an advantage.
- The eligibility criteria state 1 year of experience, while the qualifications section states a minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the Authority.
- Process and maintain official files, correspondence and cases through e-Office.
- Assist in procurement processes, including preparation of documents, quotations, comparative statements and related records in line with applicable procedures.
- Assist in processing and verifying administrative bills, invoices and supporting documents.
- Coordinate routine transportation, official travel, air ticketing, hotel or accommodation and other logistical arrangements.
- Assist in managing official vehicles, drivers, office facilities, maintenance and other support services.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers on routine administrative requirements and follow up on deliverables.
- Assist in responding to audit observations and compiling relevant records and documents for audit and compliance matters.
- Assist the Admin Lead in ensuring compliance with Government rules, PPRA procedures, financial procedures and Authority policies.
- Maintain proper filing, record management and tracking of administrative cases and correspondence.
- Coordinate with Finance and other departments for the timely disposal of administrative matters.
- Perform any other administrative or operational task assigned by the Admin Lead or competent authority.
