What information can you provide?
Contact messages may include your name, email address, organization, page links and the message itself. If you voluntarily include a phone number or other details, those details form part of the communication. Employer updates, corrections, removal requests and any enabled comments may also contain information you supply.
Provide only what is needed for the request. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, bank access, one-time codes, CNIC scans or unnecessary personal documents.
What happens when you subscribe to job alerts?
The job-alert form collects your name, email address and preferred job locations. These details are used to manage your subscription and send relevant vacancy emails through the website’s email service. Subscription and delivery records may be kept to operate the service and prevent misuse. Alert emails include an unsubscribe link; use it to stop future alerts, or contact us if you need help with your subscription. Subscribing does not apply for a job or share an application with an employer.
What information may be collected automatically?
Hosting, security, performance and analytics services may record an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referral details, visit times, errors and approximate location derived from technical records. Cookies or browser storage may support preferences, security, traffic measurement and advertising. Collection depends on the services and settings in operation.
How is information used and shared?

That provider may collect a CV, CNIC details, qualifications, work history, payment records or other application data. Its own privacy policy and terms apply. Sending a support message to JobFlow-pk does not submit an application to the employer.
What about social links and embedded content?
WhatsApp sharing, social links, videos, images, advertisements, documents and other embedded content may involve third-party services. Those services can receive technical information and may use cookies under their own policies. Review the relevant provider’s privacy settings before interacting.
How long is information retained?
Contact and correction records may be retained for follow-up, record keeping and abuse prevention. Technical logs, backups and analytics records are retained according to operational needs and provider settings. Published listings may remain as expired or archived information. Information may be deleted, anonymized or archived when no longer needed; this policy does not promise a fixed retention period for every record.
How can you make a privacy request?
Email contact@jobflowpk.com or use Contact Us to request access, correction or deletion of information you supplied. Explain the relevant message, page or record without sending unnecessary identity documents. We may need to verify a request before acting. Available rights and any limits depend on applicable law.
Security, children and international access
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards can reduce risk, but no website or transmission is completely secure. JobFlow-pk is intended for job-search information and is not designed for children. A parent or guardian can contact us about a child’s information. Visitors outside Pakistan should be aware that service providers may process information in other locations. Browser Do Not Track signals may not be handled uniformly across services.
