Candidates must hold a Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) in one of the following fields: Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Human Resource Management, Library & Information Science, Building Information Modeling & Construction Management, Business Management, Construction & Engineering Management, Data Science with Artificial Intelligence, Disaster Preparedness & Management, Educational Leadership & Management, Educational Planning & Management, Engineering Management, Executive Manager in Project Management, Funds Management, or other relevant disciplines. The qualification requirement is broad to attract experts from diverse backgrounds who can contribute to population strategy and governance. • Minimum 14 years of professional experience in population strategy, governance, policy analysis, or a related area.

• Excellent analytical and writing skills for drafting policy notes and roadmaps.
• Ability to translate demographic evidence into actionable recommendations for senior government audiences.

• Lead analytical and strategy work on Pakistan's fertility transition, population growth trajectory, and demographic dividend policies.
• Translate demographic evidence into actionable policy notes and costed roadmaps with measurable milestones.
• Serve as the unit's primary author on population-related work, drafting policy notes, fertility transition strategy papers, and demographic roadmaps for ministerial and PM-level audiences.
• Prepare financing briefs, conference abstracts, and technical reports on population issues.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure evidence-based policy formulation.
• Monitor and evaluate the implementation of population strategies and recommend adjustments.
