• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, data center operations, or similar roles.
• Age between 26 and 45 years.

• Punjab domicile is required.

• Maintain and update documentation for assets inventory and maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of HVAC and electrical systems, coordinating with vendors for maintenance and repairs.
• Plan and execute scheduled maintenance activities and respond promptly to facility failures.
• Investigate facility failures, manage equipment returns and repairs, and supervise technical staff.
• Prepare routine maintenance schedules and generate periodic reports, including statistical and financial records.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of assets inventory and maintenance activities.
• Timely preparation and maintenance of incident and preventive maintenance reports.
• Ensure consistent uptime of HVAC and electrical systems with minimal downtime.
