Punjab Transport Company (PTC) is recruiting an Assistant Manager (Internal Audit) based in Lahore. The appointment is offered on a contractor basis.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- M.Com, MBA (Finance), or 16 years of education in Economics, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Degree areas named for this post are Business Administration, Commerce, Economics and Finance.
- At least 04 years of relevant experience is required.
- Experience in a public sector organization is preferred.
- Age limit is 18 to 40 years.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in internal audits of project expenditures, examining how project funds are used and supporting the audit work carried out for the Project Management Unit (PMU) Staff.
- Prepare audit working papers and reports that record the audit work done and the findings that come out of it.
- Assist in risk assessment and fraud prevention, helping to identify risks and support measures that guard against fraudulent activity.
- Assist in audit observations and recommendations, helping to frame the points raised by audit work and the suggested actions that follow from them.
- Coordinate with the finance department and external auditors so that audit-related information and queries move between the internal team and the external audit side.
- Assist in financial controls and compliance reviews, audit assignments and verification of financial transactions Preparation of audit working papers and reports.
