Eligibility & Qualifications
- Master in Economics, Business Administration, Economics, or BSC Engineering, or Supply Chain Management, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Minimum 05 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in public procurement and contract administration will be preferred.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Assist in procurement planning, tendering, contract administration, and contractor and consultant management for the electric bus depot project, while ensuring compliance with approved procedures, budgets, and timelines.
- Review bidding documents and assist in the management of tendering and bid evaluation processes so that each stage follows the approved procurement cycle.
- Assist in the preparation and evaluation of tenders, coordinate with technical teams on specifications, handle negotiation and administration of contracts, monitor supplier and contractor performance, and manage variations and claims.
- Assist in the maintenance of procurement records and reports so that the unit keeps a complete and current record of its procurement activity.
