- Qualification: At least second division BCS/BIT from a recognised university, with typing speed of 40 words per minute; OR at least second division BA/BSc from a recognised university with a one-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) from a recognised technical education board and typing speed of 40 words per minute.

- Age limit: 18 to 30 years
- Skills: Shorthand speed: 50 words per minute. Typing speed: 35 words per minute. Computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Computer Operator age limit: 18 to 28 years.
- Junior Scale Stenographer age limit: 18 to 30 years.
- Domicile: only candidates domiciled in Malakand Division may apply.

How to Apply
- Before depositing the application fee, print the NADRA e-Sahulat token from your profile and take your original CNIC to a NADRA e-Sahulat franchise for CNIC verification. Apply only after successful verification.
- Complete the online application for the relevant post. A deposit slip bearing a token number, project code and candidate information is generated.
- Keep the original paid deposit slip (candidate copy) safely. Do not send documents, certificates or the paid slip to the ETEA office at this initial stage.
