Eligibility & Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience is required.
- A relevant postgraduate qualification is required, such as PGD, MSc, MS, MPhil, ME, MBA or Master's level study in an energy, engineering, environmental, water, climate, sustainability, policy or related field.

Responsibilities
- Review the Public Sector Development Portfolio, energy sector plans, URRAN Pakistan, the 5 Es framework and policy reforms.
- Contribute to the formulation of integrated energy plans and policy recommendations.
- Maintain interactions with academia and the private sector on energy strategy, policy and planning directions and related analytical and informational needs.
- Obtain necessary policy and planning directions for framing reports with recommendations for approval from relevant authorities.
- Coordinate with government agencies, academic institutions and private sector entities to ensure stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with donor agencies, international organizations and consultants to ensure the effectiveness of data.
- Provide input for effective recommendations and implementation plans for energy sector developments.
- Interpret complex data and provide actionable insights from time to time.
