• Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree with 16 years of education in relevant fields such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support, data center operations, or network administration.
• Age between 24 and 45 years at the time of application.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Must possess a valid domicile of Punjab.
• Strong understanding of hardware, network, and system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Level-1 support for datacenter services.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Configure, update, and optimize hardware for improved system performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, network, and system outages while providing Level-1 support for datacenter services.
• Assist clients with system setup and issue resolution, both remotely and on-site.
• Collaborate with technical teams to maintain system efficiency and oversee implementation of new technologies.
• Support network and software teams in managing, installing, and upgrading network hardware and software.
• Ensure timely completion of daily assignments and other responsibilities as assigned.
• Proactively monitor systems and respond promptly to incidents to minimize downtime.
