The Global Investment & Gateway of Punjab Wing of the Services & General Administration Department, Government of the Punjab, is recruiting a Director Aftercare and Expansion for the Global Investment & Gateway of Punjab project. The position is based in Lahore and is offered on a contract basis.
The role centres on keeping existing investors in Punjab engaged and helping them grow. The Director designs and runs GIGP's after-care framework, which assigns each significant operating investor a dedicated Key Account Manager with a defined engagement calendar, a satisfaction assessment protocol and a process for spotting expansion opportunities.
The work also covers annual strategic account reviews that compare investor operational performance with other jurisdictions and build customised reinvestment value propositions. A second major strand is problem-solving and relationship management.
The Director sets up an investor grievance resolution mechanism with defined service levels, coordinates with provincial departments to clear operational bottlenecks, and builds a local supplier linkage programme that connects foreign investors with qualified Punjab-based suppliers. The role also produces evidence for decision-making through investor satisfaction surveys and post-investment KPIs, and maintains a formal engagement platform of quarterly roundtables, sector working groups and an annual appreciation event.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- A Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Economics, Development, Engineering, International Business or Public Policy from an HEC-recognized institution is required.
- Preference will be given to candidates who hold a degree from a globally recognized institution.
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience in investor aftercare, business development and/or investment attraction is required.
- The age limit for the position is 40 to 55 years.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Conduct annual strategic account reviews for all major investors, analysing operational performance against other jurisdictions, identifying expansion potential and developing customised reinvestment value propositions modelled on a client development approach.
- Establish and operate an investor grievance resolution mechanism with defined service levels of a 24-hour initial response and a 5-business-day resolution plan, coordinating with relevant provincial departments to resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Identify and pursue reinvestment and expansion opportunities proactively, using industry intelligence and global trend analysis to anticipate which investors are candidates for capacity expansion, new product lines, regional headquarters or R&D establishment in Punjab.
- Build and manage a local supplier linkage programme that connects foreign investors with qualified Punjab-based suppliers to strengthen supply-chain integration, increase local content and deepen the province's economic footprint.
- Design and administer periodic investor satisfaction surveys measuring Net Promoter Score and operational satisfaction across utilities, workforce, regulatory environment and infrastructure, benchmarked against prior periods.
- Develop and track post-investment KPIs covering employment, capital expenditure, export volumes, local procurement and technology transfer, and provide the Performance Monitoring Wing with data for GIGP's aggregate impact reporting.
- Establish a formal investor engagement platform comprising quarterly roundtables, sector working groups and an annual appreciation event, providing GIGP with a structured dialogue forum and building community among operating investors.
