Punjab Transport Company (PTC) is hiring a Manager (Admin & Finance) for its Project Management Unit (PMU) Staff. The post is based in Lahore, in the Punjab province, and falls under the transportation industry.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA, M.Com, a 16-year education in Economics, ACCA, ACMA, or an equivalent qualification from an HEC-recognized university.
- Masters or Bachelors (Hons) with 16 years of education, in the degree areas of Economics, Business and Management Sciences, or Accountancy/Chartered Accountancy.
- At least 10 years of overall experience in Administration and Finance.
- Experience in public sector infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Age limit is 18 to 50 years.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Lead the administrative, financial and audit functions of the PMU and PIU, covering the full set of management duties assigned to this contract post.
- Provide guidance on institutional arrangements, human resource policies and administrative controls so that project execution stays transparent and accountable.
- Manage administration and human resource matters for the unit.
- Coordinate with PTC, the Finance Department and auditors.
