Pakistan Digital Authority, a Government of Pakistan organisation, has advertised one contract vacancy for a People and Culture Officer at Grade-6. The role sits within the Authority's human resource function and supports the implementation of its HR policies, processes and people initiatives.
The work covers the full employee lifecycle. The officer helps with recruitment and selection, including job postings, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, documentation and onboarding.
The role also maintains employee records, personnel files, attendance and leave data, and supports daily HR operations and employee administrative requests. Other duties include coordinating performance management, training and learning activities, tracking completion of HR processes, and supporting engagement, well-being and workplace culture initiatives.
The position also involves policy implementation, employee relations and disciplinary documentation, with confidentiality of employee information. The officer prepares HR reports and maintains workforce data for management on recruitment, staffing, performance and training matters.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized institution.
- A fresh graduate may apply, or a candidate with 1 year of relevant experience in human resource management, people operations, recruitment or related HR functions.
- Experience in recruitment, employee records, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations is preferred.
- Experience in the public sector, development organizations or large private-sector entities is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day HR operations and respond to employee-related administrative requirements.
- Coordinate performance management activities, training programmes, learning initiatives and employee development activities.
- Assist in organizing internal activities and facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures and applicable rules and regulations.
- Assist in employee relations, conduct and disciplinary documentation, and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain workforce data, and support management with information relating to recruitment, staffing, performance, training and other people-related matters.
