Job Overview

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university in Management Sciences, Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering or IT.
• At least 8 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years managing projects focused on capacity building for IT companies.
• Prior experience in PSDP, ADP or other government-funded projects is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and hands-on experience with MS Project and MS Office.
• Maximum age limit is 45 years.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Director and plan and successfully execute project activities strictly in line with the PC-1 and the scope of the project.
• Ensure procurements are carried out as per PPRA and applicable rules and regulations.
• Maintain the project record properly and keep project information available whenever required by the Director Projects, management, MoITT, Planning, Audits and the Project Committees.
• Review and approve consultancy and audit reports according to ISO standards.
• Assist the Project Director in performing routine project-related tasks and activities, and perform duties as assigned by the Project Director.
• Manage contracts including drafting, signing and execution of the contracts.
