Punjab Transport Company (PTC) is hiring Quantity Surveyors for its Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Staff. The positions are based in Lahore District, Lahore Division, in the transportation sector.
The Quantity Surveyor works on project implementation under the PIU Staff setup.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field from a recognized institute.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering will be preferred.
- Minimum 05 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and measurement of construction works.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates, BOQs, cost estimates, and measurement sheets for project works.
- Monitor project costs and maintain records of quantities executed.
- Assist in preparation and evaluation of variation orders and claims.
- Review contractor invoices and ensure compliance with contract provisions.
- Support procurement and tendering activities through preparation of cost data and estimates.
- Maintain quantity and cost control records throughout project implementation.
