Job Overview
The Punjab Environment Protection Department is hiring a Research Officer for the Lahore Air Improvement Framework (LAIF) project, based in Lahore. The Research Officer will support the project's environmental data and documentation work, focusing on vehicular emissions data, field records, and reporting.
The role involves coordinating with field activities and supporting the preparation of technical and compliance documents.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree with 16 years of education is required.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Maintain structured project records, field data logs, validation records, site-wise datasets, and supporting documentation.
- Support the preparation of emission inventories, technical notes, progress documentation, compliance summaries, and field reports.
- Assist in field coordination, PEMS validation exercises, stakeholder meetings, training sessions, and QA/QC documentation.
