Job Overview
The Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, Government of Pakistan, has advertised one contract vacancy for a Senior Specialist (Media) at grade PPS-10. The selected specialist is expected to build a national narrative on CPEC issues and projects, run strategic communication campaigns, create public awareness, and manage press and media engagement so that CPEC promotion stays coordinated and consistent.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- MPhil Media Studies
- Executive Master in International Relations & Management
- MSc Mass Communication
- MPhil International Relations
- Age Limit Max: 50 years
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic communication campaigns to promote positive coverage of CPEC activities.
- Develop a knowledge base and foster partnerships with stakeholders to provide knowledge sharing opportunities on ongoing CPEC activities.
- Prepare articles and press releases for the media.
- Ensure CPEC promotion is done in a proper, coordinated and consistent manner.
- Develop relationships with national and regional press contacts to promote CPEC progress and to deflect criticism.
