Eligibility & Qualifications
- Five years or more of experience is required for this post.
- The maximum age limit is 45 years.
- A PGD in Applied Economics is an accepted qualification.
- A PGD in Environmental Law is an accepted qualification.
- A PGD in Maritime & Logistics is an accepted qualification.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, on behalf of the Ministry of Planning, Development & Special Initiatives, with all entities relevant to the maritime blue economy and Gwadar port so that CPEC projects in this sector are conceived, developed and implemented.
- Assist and provide expert inputs for the Joint Working Groups and the Joint Cooperation Committee on matters related to the blue economy, Gwadar and the maritime sector.
- Monitor and evaluate relevant project milestones so that implementation stays smooth and timely.
- Assist the Project Director in developing terms of reference for consultancy assignments related to maritime, blue economy and Gwadar under CPEC.

- The position is at grade PPS-9.
