Role Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistical support to Program Managers and Senior Program Managers at each center.

- Maintain the incubation/acceleration CRM: update startup records, track milestone completion, and prepare routine status reports.
- Coordinate stipend and grant disbursement processes: collect attendance sheets, verify KPI achievements, and liaise with Finance & Tax Assistant.
- Support event logistics: arrange travel reimbursements, attendee registrations, catering orders, and on-site coordination during Demo Days and training sessions.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management.
