Startup Growth Lead

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Age between 24 and 45 years.
• Both male and female candidates are eligible.
• Punjab domicile is required.
• Strong administrative and logistical support skills.
• Proficiency in CRM management and reporting.

• Provide administrative and logistical support to Program Managers and Senior Program Managers at each center.
• Schedule workshops, mentor sessions, and investor meetings; handle meeting invites, room bookings, and follow-up communication.
• Maintain the incubation/acceleration CRM: update startup records, track milestone completion, and prepare routine status reports.
• Coordinate stipend and grant disbursement processes: collect attendance sheets, verify KPI achievements, and liaise with Finance & Tax Assistant.
• Support event logistics: arrange travel reimbursements, attendee registrations, catering orders, and on-site coordination during Demo Days and training sessions.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by the management.
