The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is hiring an Assistant Director (Academics & Research) for its project in Lahore.
This is a contract role focused on strengthening the academic and research functions of the authority.
The position sits within the Academics & Research wing, which is responsible for curriculum design, educational research, and quality assurance across Punjab's education initiatives.
The role involves leading research projects, reviewing and aligning curriculum with national standards, and supporting teacher professional development.
You will work with government agencies, NGOs, and donor organizations to drive evidence-based reforms in the education sector.

Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following education and experience requirements
- Minimum 16 years of education in Education Planning, Research, Curriculum Development, Management Sciences, or Social Sciences from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
- Preference will be given to M.Phil or PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
- At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including 3 years at a senior level in a medium or large organization.
- Experience in research/curriculum design, review, alignment with national standards, educational research methodologies, impact assessment, teacher professional development, academic quality assurance, and school improvement frameworks.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international/domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.
- Age: 25 to 35 years. Gender: Both.
- Domicile is required for this position.
