Job Overview
Dunhar Group of Companies is looking for experienced Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) drivers to operate concrete transit mixers at their D.G Khan operations.
This is a permanent, full-time role that involves the safe and timely delivery of ready-mix concrete to construction sites.
As an HTV driver, you will be responsible for the daily operation of a concrete mixer truck, ensuring the drum rotates correctly during transit to maintain concrete quality.
You will work closely with site supervisors and plant staff to coordinate deliveries and adhere to all road safety and company regulations.
This position suits drivers who are comfortable with the physical demands of the job and have a solid record of safe driving.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HTV driver, preferably with concrete transit mixers.
- Valid Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) driving license.
- Knowledge of road safety rules and traffic regulations.
- Physical fitness and ability to handle long driving hours.
Responsibilities
- Operate concrete transit mixer trucks safely and efficiently.
- Transport ready-mix concrete from batching plant to construction sites.
- Ensure the concrete drum rotates at the correct speed during transit.
- Inspect the vehicle before and after each trip for any mechanical issues.
- Follow delivery schedules and communicate with site supervisors.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and basic maintenance of the vehicle.
