Job Overview

The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) is seeking an Assistant Director Field Survey Operations (District) to lead its District Cadastral Survey Unit in Lahore.

This role is central to the authority's mission of modernizing land records and ensuring accurate, up-to-date cadastral information across the province.

The position involves coordinating all survey activities within the district, from approving field work schedules to liaising with the Registry and other stakeholders.

You will be responsible for monitoring staff performance, ensuring compliance with established standards, and resolving field issues as they arise.

The role also requires preparing progress reports to keep senior management informed of survey operations.

The post is advertised under the Punjab Land Records Authority – PLRA project, with a total of 41 positions available.

Eligibility and Qualification

To be eligible for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria

  • Sixteen years of education in Geomatics Engineering, GIS or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience, with preference for cadastral surveys, engineering surveys, boundary demarcation, or field operations management.
  • Domicile is required for this position.
  • Gender: Both
  • Age: 25 to 40 years
