The Punjab Land Record Authority (PLRA) is hiring an Assistant Director, Full Stack.NET Developer to join its Lahore-based team.
This role sits within the authority's software development wing, which builds and maintains the digital systems that underpin land records across Punjab.
The position involves taking web applications from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support, working with both front-end and back-end technologies.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining web and software applications that meet business requirements.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
The role also includes participating in the development of software documentation, including requirements, design documents, and user manuals.
As Assistant Director, you will ensure that software development adheres to PLRA policies and procedures.
You have the authority to take corrective action, based on approval, to fix software bugs and performance issues within your assigned scope.
You will also provide input on software development timelines and resource allocation.
Eligibility and Qualification

- Qualification: BSCS, MCS, BCS (4 Years)
- Degree Level: Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years)
- Degree Area: Computer Engineering/Sciences
- Experience: 3 year(s)
- Gender: Both
- Age: 24 – 34
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications from initial concept through to deployment and ongoing support.
- Create responsive, intuitive, and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework like Angular, React, or Vue.js.
- Build scalable and efficient server-side applications, business logic, and RESTful APIs using C# and ASP.NET Core, MVC.
- Design, implement, and manage databases, primarily using SQL Server, and write optimized queries and stored procedures.
- Develop and maintain secure and well-documented RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless communication between front-end and back-end components.
- Apply software design patterns such as MVC, Singleton, Factory, and Repository to create modular, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Optimize application performance and scalability, and implement security best practices to protect data and systems.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other developers, to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and production issues promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends within the.NET and web development space.
