The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is hiring an Assistant Director for its Monitoring & Evaluation wing in Lahore.
This is a contract position under the PEIMA project, and the officer will be responsible for designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale education programs.
The role sits within the authority that manages education initiatives in Punjab, and the M&E function is central to tracking program performance, ensuring data integrity, and reporting to donors and senior management.
The Assistant Director will develop KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools, manage centralized data systems, and conduct impact evaluations and third-party verifications.
This is a senior-level post, and the selected candidate will work closely with government agencies, NGOs, and donor organizations.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following education and experience criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
- Preference for M.Phil or PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
- At least 10 years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large organization.
- Experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs, developing KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools, managing centralized data systems, conducting impact evaluations and third-party verifications, and reporting to donors and senior management.
- Preference for candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.
