Job Overview
The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is hiring an Assistant Director for Partnership and Community Mobilization.
The role is central to PEIMA's work of building and sustaining relationships with partners, donors and communities around education initiatives in Punjab.
The day-to-day work involves planning and supporting community engagement and mobilization activities, coordinating partnership events and donor visits, and keeping partner databases and records up to date.
The officer will also assist in CSR coordination, which means working with corporate partners on their social responsibility commitments to education projects.
The post requires someone who can move between communities, government counterparts and donor organizations with ease, and who understands how the education sector operates in Pakistan.
This is a hands-on role for a professional who can manage multiple stakeholders at once.
The successful candidate will be expected to represent PEIMA in various forums, prepare materials for partner meetings, and ensure that community voices are reflected in programme planning.
Given the emphasis on partnership and mobilization, the work is as much about relationship management as it is about administrative coordination.
