Job Overview

The Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA) is looking for an Assistant Director (Training & QAT) to join its Training & QAT wing in Lahore.

This is a contract role under the PEIMA project, focused on strengthening the quality assurance and training functions of the authority.

In this position, you will be responsible for organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and databases, and assisting in the development of training materials.

You will also compile training data for reports, ensuring that all training activities align with the authority's quality standards.

Your work will directly support PEIMA's mission to improve education initiatives across Punjab by ensuring that staff and stakeholders receive effective, well-documented training.

The role offers an opportunity to contribute to the education sector while working with a government-backed authority.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Education Planning, HRM, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
  • Preference will be given to M.Phil/PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
  • At least three (03) years of verifiable relevant post-qualification experience in public/private sectors, including organizing training workshops and events, maintaining training attendance records and databases, assisting in developing training materials, and compiling training data for reports.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and possessing sound knowledge of the education sector.
  • Domicile is required for this position.
  • Age: 25-35 years. Gender: Both.
