Role Responsibilities
- Strategy and run visits to hospitals to assess service caliber for beneficiaries.
- Monitor and report changes in patient status, such as death, transfer, or discharge, and update the MIS Dashboard.
- Get ready reports on hospital empanelment for management and Other departments.
- Confirm compliance with contractual obligations related to hospital empanelment on behalf of the Government.
- Liaise with the Punjab Healthcare Commission (PHC) and Other departments for empanelment of grade facilities.
- Update the lineup of empaneled public and personal hospitals under the Sehat Sahulat Scheme (SSP) in Punjab.
- Update the set of District Medical Officers (DMOs) and Hospital Focal Officers (HFOs) of empaneled hospitals.
- Guarantee standard plan branding at all empaneled hospitals.
