Job Description

The Associate Licensing Operations role is tasked with securing even licensing workflows inside an Autonomous Public Sector Organization of the Government of Pakistan. A contract position, it involves screening submissions, managing records, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and corresponding with applicants.

You want sturdy organizational skills and close attention to point. Following established procedures is necessary. Preliminary screening of licensing submissions against approved criteria is a key task. You’ll also help prepare case files and evaluation reports.

Core duties involve maintaining licensing databases, trackers, and physical or electronic documents. Drafting routine correspondence and coordinating with internal stakeholders for application evaluations are section of the job. You’ll back the rollout of SOPs, templates, and digital resources. Qualification

A Bachelor’s degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university is needed. At least 1 year of related experience is needed, which is why the maximum age limit is 30 years.

  • Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Company Administration, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Accepted degrees include BS Economics & Finance, BS Applied Accounting, BBA (Finance), BBA (Project Management), B.Com (Hons), BA (Hons) Business Management, BS Business Economics, BS Accounting, B.Com Data Technology. BBA (Banking & Finance).
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, compliance, licensing, regulatory affairs, or alike support functions.
  • Experience in getting ready expert correspondence, reports, and keeping up structured documentation and records.
  • Experience in figures management, document control, and cross-functional coordination is an edge.
  • Maximum age limit: 30 years.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication competencies in Urdu and English.
