The Project Coordination Unit (Lahore) is hiring a Computer Operator to support the day-to-day data management and documentation needs of the PMU, PICIIP and PRF LG & CD department.
Working within a government project environment, the Computer Operator will handle routine clerical and data-related tasks that keep project activities running smoothly.
The role requires proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of computer operations.
This is an for individuals with a Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 years of education) and relevant work experience to contribute to a public sector initiative.
Eligibility and Qualification
To be eligible for the Computer Operator position, candidates must meet the following criteria
- Higher Secondary School Certificate (12 years of education) in ICS, I.Com, or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in matters related to data entry.
- Required skills: MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and computer literacy.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are eligible.
- Age: 18 to 50 years.
- Domicile is required for this position.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks as assigned.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations using MS Office tools.
- Assist with day-to-day clerical and administrative duties within the project unit.
- Ensure data confidentiality and follow departmental procedures.
