Job Overview
The Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit (TPRMPU), operating under the Planning and Development Board, is looking for a Contract Management Specialist to lead contract management activities for the Transformation of Punjab Resource Management & Policy Unit project.
This is a senior role that sits within a unit focused on improving resource management and policy implementation across Punjab.
In this position, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of contracts, from drafting and negotiation to enforcement and closeout.
You will develop and review bidding and contract documents, ensuring strict compliance with PPRA rules and donor requirements.
The role also involves managing claims and resolving disputes, which requires a strong grasp of legal and administrative frameworks.
You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that all contractual obligations are met and that risks are minimized.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Master’s in Law / Business Administration / Contract Management
- PMI-CP or PMP certification preferred
- 10 years’ experience in contract drafting, negotiation, enforcement, preferably with donor-funded or infrastructure projects
- Age: 32 to 50 years
- Gender: Both
- Domicile is required for this position
