Qualification
Candidates must possess a related forestry degree (e.g., B.Sc.). Forestry or equivalent) from a recognized university, and Experience in forest management or related fields is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Forestry or related discipline.
- Master's degree in Forestry or Environmental Science is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in forest management or conservation.
- Sound domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
- Age limit as per ETEA rules (normally 18-35 years, with relaxation as per policy).
- Computer literacy and expertise of GIS/remote sensing preferred.
Role Responsibilities
- Handle and safeguard forest references in Lower Swat division.
- Put in place afforestation and reforestation projects.
- Monitor wildlife and biodiversity conservation activities.
- Prepare and execute forest management schemes.
- Arrange with nearby communities and stakeholders.
- Confirm compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
- Manage field team and forest guards.
- Report to higher authorities on forest status and activities.
