Job Overview

The Director (Monitoring & Evaluation) will lead the M&E function for the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), a government body overseeing education projects in Punjab.

This role involves designing and implementing M&E frameworks for large-scale programs, developing KPIs and logical frameworks, and managing centralized data systems to ensure data integrity.

The Director will also conduct impact evaluations, coordinate third-party verifications, and report to donors and senior management, playing a critical part in measuring program effectiveness and guiding evidence-based decisions.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria

  • Minimum 16 years of education in Statistics, Economics, Public/Business Administration, Data Sciences/MIS, or Mathematics from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
  • Preference for M.Phil or PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
  • At least 10 years of verifiable post-qualification experience in public/private sectors, including 3 years at a senior level in a medium or large organization.
  • Experience in developing and implementing M&E frameworks, KPIs, logical frameworks, and data collection tools for large-scale programs.
  • Experience managing centralized data systems, ensuring data integrity, conducting impact evaluations, and third-party verifications.
  • Preference for candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, and international/domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.
  • Domicile is required for this position.
  • Age: 35 to 55 years. Gender: Both.
