Job Overview
The Director (Partnership & Collaboration) will lead PEIMA's efforts to secure funding and build strategic alliances.
This role sits at the heart of the authority's resource mobilization function, working with bilateral and multilateral donors, corporate partners under CSR, and government agencies.
The director will shape how PEIMA is perceived, manage its brand, and drive stakeholder engagement across the education sector.
Day-to-day, the role involves developing and managing institutional partnerships and memoranda of understanding, overseeing proposal writing and donor reporting, and leading strategic communication and media relations.
The director will also advocate for PEIMA's initiatives and ensure that partnerships align with the authority's goals for education reform in Punjab.
This is a senior leadership position within a government-backed authority, requiring a blend of fundraising acumen, communication expertise, and deep knowledge of the education landscape.
The role is contractual, offering a chance to influence education policy and program delivery at scale.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Minimum 16 years of education in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, International Development, or Social Sciences from an HEC-recognized national university or a foreign university.
- Preference will be given to M.Phil or PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
- At least ten (10) years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at a senior level in a medium or large organization.
- Experience must include resource mobilization and fundraising from donors (bilateral, multilateral) and corporate sector (CSR), developing and managing institutional partnerships and MoUs, strategic communication, branding, and media relations, stakeholder engagement and advocacy, and proposal writ…
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donor organizations, and sound knowledge of the education sector.

Responsibilities
- Lead resource mobilization and fundraising efforts from bilateral and multilateral donors and the corporate sector (CSR).
