Job Overview

The Director (Program) will lead large-scale, multi-district operational programs under the Punjab Education Initiatives Management Authority (PEIMA), a government body responsible for implementing education sector projects across Punjab.

This is a senior management position reporting to board-level committees, with oversight of field teams and program compliance.

The role involves managing administration and operations of medium to large-sized organizations, coordinating with stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and donors, and driving data-driven performance monitoring and gap analysis.

The Director will ensure that program activities align with agreements and deliver measurable outcomes in the education sector.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and contribute to policy implementation and program effectiveness across the province.

Eligibility and Qualification

Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria

• Minimum 16 years of education in Project Management, Business Administration, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Education Planning from HEC-recognized national or foreign universities.
• Preference will be given to M.Phil or PhD degree holders in the above subjects.
• At least 10 years of verifiable relevant experience in public/private sectors, including at least 3 years at senior level in a medium or large-sized organization.
• Experience in administration/management, managing large-scale multi-district operational programs, supervising field teams, ensuring compliance with agreements, stakeholder coordination, data-driven performance monitoring, and reporting to board-level committees.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with government agencies, NGOs, international and domestic donors, and have knowledge of the education sector.
• Domicile is required for this position.
• Age: 35 to 55 years. Gender: Both.
• Degree Level: Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) – 16 years of education.
