Job Overview
The Junior Clerk will provide clerical and administrative support to the Pakistan Railways Headquarter Office.
This role is central to the smooth running of daily office operations, handling tasks such as data entry, database management, and maintaining office records.
The position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both English and Urdu.
The clerk will also perform any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority, making adaptability and a proactive attitude essential.
This is a contract position under the Government of Pakistan, offering a chance to contribute to the administrative backbone of the national railway system.
Eligibility and Qualification
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria
- Secondary School Certificate/Matriculation (Science, Arts/Humanities, Computer Science, or Technical) or O-Level equivalent.
- Minimum two (02) years of clerical/administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, good typing speed, data entry, and database management.
- Strong organizational skills and good communication in English and Urdu.
- Age limit: Maximum 30 years.

- Perform clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
- Maintain office records and manage data entry tasks.
- Handle database management and ensure data accuracy.
- Use MS Office applications for documentation and reporting.
- Communicate effectively in English and Urdu with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.
