Job Description
The Ministry of Railways is hiring 14 Contract Internees for its Passenger Facilitation Center CRM operations. Set in Islamabad and Rawalpindi, the role involves handling user queries, generating everyday CRM reports, and supporting train operations.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated market salary: PKR 25,000 – 60,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must be fresh graduates with 16 years of education in B.A (English), BS Computer Science/IT, BBA, Mass Communication, Development Studies, or related disciplines from HEC-recognized institutions. Age limit is 25 years. The quota is Islamabad.

Role Responsibilities
- Handle and run Pakistan Railways Passenger Facilitation Center CRM.
- Grow and present day-to-day reports through CRM.
- Address buyer details queries related to train operations.
- Provide support for official events, meetings, and conferences.
- Improve office operations through workflow improvement and innovation.
- Collaborate with group participants to attain shared targets and objectives.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Competent Authority.
