Role Responsibilities
- Supply legal guidance and representation for MEPCO in courts and tribunals.
- Draft, assess, and negotiate contracts with vendors, contractors, and consultants.
- Arrange and monitor demand forecasts for electricity distribution.
- Handle regulatory affairs and ensure compliance with NEPRA and other authorities.
- Manage financial planning, budgeting, and reporting for the department.
- Lead transmission planning projects to improve grid reliability.
- Oversee junior staff and organize with other departments.
