Job Description
The National IT Board (NITB), a key government body under the Ministry of Details Technology and Telecommunication, is hiring a Manager (Finance & Procurement) for a contract position at grade PPS-8.
This role is set in Islamabad and focuses on managing financial operations for NITB projects, such as budgeting, expenditure tracking, and PSDP financial reporting. You’ll procedure payments, keep up accounts, get ready financial statements, and reconcile bank accounts.
Making sure compliance with PPRA procurement rules and government financial regulations is a core responsibility. The perform domain also involves liaising with NITB's Finance Division, the Planning Commission, and external auditors.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (14-16 years education) in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or Firm Administration from a recognized institution. CA or ACCA (part-qualified) is preferred. The following qualifications are accepted.

Role Responsibilities
- Oversee all project financial operations covering budgeting, expenditure tracking, and PSDP financial reporting.
- Workflow payments, maintain accounts, arrange financial statements, and reconcile bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with PPRA procurement rules and government financial regulations.
- Liaise with NITB Finance Division, Planning Commission, and external auditors.
- Uphold finish financial records, vouchers, and documentation audit-ready at all times.
