The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is recruiting an Audit Specialist (Fin/Ops) on a contract basis. This role reports to the Manager Internal Audit and focuses on financial stewardship, procurement integrity, and operational efficiency.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated market salary: PKR 100,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a relevant field, or be a qualified ACCA, CA, or ACMA. Finalists of ACCA, CA, or ACMA with a Bachelor's degree are also eligible.
At least 4 years of expertise in internal or external audit is required; Sizable 4 background is an edge.
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or relevant field.
- Qualified ACCA, CA, or ACMA, or Finalist with Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in internal or external audit (pre and post qualification).
- Know-how with Large 4 firms is an benefit.
- Decent grasp of financial, compliance, and performance audits.
Role Responsibilities
- Execute integrated audits covering financial, operational, and compliance domains.
- Conduct independent financial audits to verify compliance with statutes and procurement rules.
- Audit contracting processes, SLAs, and vendor performance to assess merit for money.
- Prepare planning, execution, and reporting files for financial and operational reviews.
- Identify weaknesses in financial controls and procurement integrity, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct audit interviews and discuss findings with management to make sure factual accuracy.
- Prepare high-grade integrated audit reports for Manager and Director examine.
- Conduct follow-ups on management actions and maintain records of audit issues and remediation.
