Cluster Lead: Housing and Real Estate Sector is listed by Pakistan Digital Authority. The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is hiring a Cluster Lead for the Housing and Real Estate Sector on a contract basis.
This role is located in Islamabad and focuses on field and regional coordination for the ICT/Punjab housing workstream. The prompt priority is the ICT lighthouse project and the F-14 start detail, with plans to scale into a complete transformation scheme for ICT.
The Cluster Lead will act as the main coordination tie between PDA and central stakeholders covering CDA, FGEHA, ICT Administration, Punjab authorities, PLRA, and development authorities. This position is perfect for professionals with reliable regional coordination experience in real estate, urban development, or government projects.
The perform area presents the opportunity to drive digital function in Pakistan's housing sector, functioning carefully with public and confidential entities to simplify procedures and improve offering delivery.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated market salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must keep a Bachelor's degree in venture management, firm, economics, figures analytics, computer science, or a related field. A PMP or similar certification is preferred.
Minimum 6 years of experience in regional coordination, real estate, urban development, government projects, land/revenue coordination, or development-sector programs is called for.
- Bachelor's degree in task management, enterprise, economics, data analytics, computer science, or related field.
- PMP or comparable certification preferred.
- Strong grasp of the Islamabad/Punjab institutional space.
- Capacity to operate with authorities, the personal sector, and field teams.
- Sturdy follow-up discipline and written reporting competencies.
Role Responsibilities
- Organize with CDA, FGEHA, ICT Administration, Punjab authorities, PLRA, development authorities, and applicable area bodies.
- Back identification of pilot assets, venture records, approval workflows, and authority information conditions.
- Follow up on MoUs, data-sharing requests, workshop inputs, and field-level dependencies.
- Aid onboarding of developers, banks, PropTech firms, and other nearby stakeholders.
- Monitor pilot readiness such as task documentation, verification workflow, citizen path, and authority approvals.
- Capture area bottlenecks and feed them into the program staff.
- Represent the sector crew in regional meetings when needed.
- Assist provincial replication planning after ICT pilot validation.
