PMO Analyst – Housing and Real Estate Sector is listed by Pakistan Digital Authority. Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is looking for a Contract PMO Analyst to join its Housing and Real Estate Sector staff.
This role offers the execution backbone for the sector, managing trackers, correspondence, KPIs, documentation, dashboards, and follow-ups. The position is located in Islamabad and is a contract role under Grade G-7. The PMO Analyst will perform tightly with multiple stakeholders to guarantee fluid venture delivery and reporting.
This role suits professionals with reliable organizational skills and experience in PMO, consulting, or public-sector programs. The deadline for submissions is July 31, 2026.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must keep a Bachelor's degree in task management, business, economics, data analytics, computer science, or a related field. A PMP or comparable certification is preferred. At least 4 years of experience in PMO, consulting, development projects, public-sector programs, or corporate strategy is needed.

Role Responsibilities
- Keep up master workplan, action tracker, commitment log, and decision register.
- Get ready minutes of meetings, follow-up notes, and stakeholder correspondence.
- Track KPIs over verified parcels/units, workshops, MoUs, pilots, private-sector onboarding, and deliverables.
- Uphold danger, matter, and dependency logs.
- Aid preparation of presentations, briefs, dashboards, and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain a repository of documents, source material, approvals, meeting records, and policy notes.
- Organize calendars, workshop logistics, and internal reporting.
- Assist procurement and administrative documentation where called for.
