Job Description
The Pakistan Digital Authority (PDA) is looking for a Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and external stakeholders. This contract position, classified as Grade G-3, is based in Islamabad and involves managing front desk operations, handling communications, and providing administrative assist.
The role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of two years of expertise as a Receptionist.. Front Desk Officer.. Customer Offering Representative.. Or Administrative Assistant.. Those with a background in government or public sector organizations.
The Receptionist will ensure a professional, productive, and welcoming office environment, coordinating visitor services and supporting various departments when needed. This is a single-vacancy position with a deadline of July 31, 2026, offering an opportunity to contribute to a central federal digital authority.
Salary & Compensation
PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month
Qualification
Candidates must have at least Intermediate from a recognized board. A diploma or certification in Office Administration or Customer Service is an added edge. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, Customer Solution Representative, or Administrative Assistant is required.

Role Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors, guests, and officials professionally and handle visitor registration and passes.
- Answer, screen, and transfer telephone calls; respond to inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
- Receive, record, and distribute incoming correspondence and courier deliveries; coordinate outgoing mail.
- Maintain reception logs, visitor records, and an organized reception area.
- Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating meeting room bookings.
- Liaise with security personnel regarding visitor access and coordinate with housekeeping and administration.
- Supply administrative support to various departments as assigned.
- Assist during official events, meetings, and VIP visits; maintain confidentiality and follow security procedures.
