PMO Analyst – Health Sector is listed by Pakistan Digital Authority. This role supports the Digital Health Innovation Lab, making confident governance, tracking, and reporting for all projects and programs stick around on detail. Timely delivery, threat management, and data-driven decisions throughout health innovation initiatives are at the core.
Task information from multiple teams gets collected and analyzed to track progress, budgets, timelines, dangers, and KPIs. The analyst also aids arrange with federal and provincial ministries, departments, and partner institutions to retain execution matched.
A centralized tracking system for commitments, action items, and deliverables? That’s a central responsibility. Executive dashboards, analytical reports, and presentations for senior leadership require to be developed too. Qualification
A bachelor’s in project management, business, economics, figures analytics, computer science, or a related field is needed. PMP or alike certification is preferred. At least 3 years of experience in PMO, venture coordination, or data analysis—ideally in health or innovation—is needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in task management, enterprise, economics, records analytics, computer science, or related field.
- PMP or comparable certification preferred.
- Experience in health or innovation programs preferred.
- Proficiency in information analysis resources: Excel, Power BI, Tableau.
- Proficiency in venture management software: MS Task, Jira, Asana, Trello, or equivalent.
- Sturdy analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.

Role Responsibilities
- Round up, consolidate, and analyze venture and program data to monitor progress, budgets, timelines, hazards, and KPIs.
- Assist coordination with federal and provincial ministries, departments, and partner bodies.
- Keep up a centralized tracking system for commitments, action items, deliverables, and decisions.
- Grow and uphold executive dashboards, analytical reports, presentations, and figures visualizations.
- Aid the development and standardization of PMO procedures, governance frameworks, and templates.
- Monitor project threats, concerns, dependencies, and bottlenecks; back mitigation planning.
- Draft periodic progress reports, meeting minutes, status updates, and lessons learned documentation.
- Organize with the Advisory Board for Digital Innovation Lab for Health and support sub-group sessions.
