- Director (Program): Master's in Project Management, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or Education; 10 years experience; age 35-55 years.
- Director (Partnership & Collaboration): Master's in Mass Communication, Business Administration, Public Relations, or Social Sciences; 10 years experience; age 35-55 years.
- Director (Academics & Research): Master's in Education, Curriculum Development, or Social Sciences; 10 years experience; age 35-55 years.
- Director (Monitoring & Evaluation): Master's in Statistics, Economics, Public Administration, Data Sciences, or M&E; 10 years experience; age 35-55 years.
- Chief Audit Officer: CA/ACCA/ICMA or Master's in Finance/Commerce; 5 years experience; age 30-45 years.
- Data Analyst: Master's in Computer Science, Data Science, or IT; 5 years experience; age 28-45 years.
- Data Engineer: Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Data Science; 5 years experience; age 28-45 years.
- Assistant Director (Administration): Master's in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Social Sciences; 3 years experience; age 25-35 years.
Responsibilities
- Directors will lead their respective departments, set strategy, and oversee implementation of education initiatives.
- Chief Audit Officer will manage internal audits, ensure financial compliance, and report to the board.
- Data Analyst and Data Engineer will handle data collection, analysis, and pipeline development to support M&E.
- Assistant Directors will manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with partners, and support field teams.
- Assistants will provide clerical and administrative support, including IT-related tasks for Assistant (IT).
