Job Description

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring an Assistant Manager Administration to supervise day-to-day office operations in Lahore. This contractual role (SPPP-05) involves managing facilities, documentation, and back solutions to make sure a fluid workplace environment.

The position is perfect for professionals with a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree in Company Administration, Management Sciences, or equivalent. At least two years of post-qualification experience, such as one year in the public sector.

Salary & Compensation

Qualification

Candidates must have a Masters/Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Enterprise Administration.. Management Sciences.. Office Management, and or equivalent from a recognized university.. With at least 2 years of post-qualification related experience, and covering one year in the public sector.

Personal sector experience is accepted if the employer is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any regulatory authority.

  • Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) in Firm Administration, Management Sciences, Office Management, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification applicable experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in the public sector.
  • Confidential sector experience accepted only if employer is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other regulatory authority.
  • First division (60% and above) required.
  • Age between 25 and 35 years.
  • Domicile of Punjab required.
  • Sturdy insight of office management, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage everyday office operations including facility maintenance, cleanliness, and office supplies.
  • Guarantee right functioning of office equipment (printers, scanners, IT assets) and arrange repairs.
  • Oversee external solutions like security and housekeeping for even employee aid.
  • Run office space employ, seating arrangements, and workspace allocation.
  • Organize and organize internal and external events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage visitor management and meeting coordination.
  • Make sure compliance with workplace safety standards, such as fire drills and first aid kits.
  • Prepare and present administrative reports and key metrics to senior management.
