Job Description

Assistant Manager Discipline is listed by Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority. The Assistant Manager (Discipline) aids the Assistant Director (Discipline) in managing disciplinary and conduct-related matters of Investigation Officers, Senior Sergeants, and Sergeants deployed at PERA Enforcement Stations over Punjab.

This role confirms that all disciplinary actions and code of run enforcement are processed in compliance with Punjab Police Discipline Rules and PERA’s internal policies.

The position involves close coordination with enforcement leadership, district boards, and lawful departments to keep up professional standards, integrity, and accountability in PERA’s field operations. The perform area is based in Lahore and is piece of the PERA Contractual Team project under the Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority.

The Assistant Manager will assist in processing disciplinary proceedings, keeping up correct records, and monitoring adherence to the Code of Carry out. This position suits professionals with a background in administration, HR, or office management who follow government hierarchy and unique laws.

Salary & Compensation

Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month.

Qualification

Applicants must hold a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in Firm Administration, Human Asset Management, Management Sciences, Public Administration, or equivalent from a recognized university. A minimum of 3 years of experience in Administration, HR, Office Management, Record Keeping, and Filing is required.

Experience in personal entities is accepted only if the entity is registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or any other Regulatory Authority.

  • Masters/Bachelors (Hons) (16 years) degree in Enterprise Administration, Human Tool Management, Management Sciences, Public Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration, HR, Office Management, Record Keeping, and Filing.
  • Experience in confidential entities accepted only if registered with SECP, Registrar of Firms, or other Regulatory Authority.
  • First division (60% and above) required throughout academic profession.
  • Age between 24 and 45 years.
  • Domicile of Punjab required.
  • Expertise of Punjab Police Discipline Rules and government procedures.
  • Reliable noting/drafting and report writing skills.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing disciplinary proceedings under Punjab Police Discipline Rules, covering preliminary fact-finding, preparation of charge sheets, coordination of inquiry proceedings. Documentation of penalties or exonerations.
  • Uphold precise disciplinary records for all field personnel.
  • Monitor adherence to PERA’s Code of Conduct and professional standards for Investigation Officers, Senior Sergeants, and Sergeants.
  • Assist in dissemination and awareness of run guidelines among field personnel.
  • Confirm compliance with Punjab Police Discipline Rules regarding unauthorized absence, misconduct, abuse of power, and negligence of task.
  • Liaise with Enforcement Station Commanders, District Enforcement and Regulatory Boards, and permitted advisors for fluid handling of disciplinary matters.
  • Arrange disciplinary reports, case summaries, and briefings for review by Assistant Director (Discipline) and higher management.
  • Keep up a disciplinary case tracking system to make sure timely processing and resolution.
