Job Description
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring an Assistant Manager Internal Affairs to strengthen its internal oversight and disciplinary system. This role is part of the PERA Contractual Team project and is set in Lahore, Punjab.
The position is at Level SPPP-05 and is a contract role with one vacancy. The Assistant Manager Internal Affairs will be responsible for maintaining central records of complaints, field intelligence reports, inquiries, misconduct cases, and disciplinary recommendations.
The perform area involves analyzing information related to bribery, misuse of authority, public complaints, and operational loopholes. You’ll arrange dashboards, summaries, briefs, and periodic reports for senior management, and track progress of preliminary inquiries and fact-finding reports.
This position is ideal for professionals with a background in armed forces, police, or law enforcement agencies who have sturdy analytical and coordination competencies. The function domain demands proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a sturdy understanding of regulatory frameworks.
Candidates with experience in premier intelligence institutions will be given preference. The job demands high integrity and confidentiality as you’ll manage sensitive internal affairs records. You’ll organize with field offices, HR, lawful, and disciplinary branches to confirm timely reporting and compliance.
Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 25,000 – 60,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must have a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in any discipline with at least First Division (60% and above). A minimum of 3 years of experience in Armed Forces, Police, or any Law Enforcement Agency is required.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Head and Manager Internal Affairs in headquarters-level coordination and monitoring.
- Uphold central record of complaints, field intelligence reports, inquiries, misconduct cases, and disciplinary recommendations.
- Analyze figures from field positions regarding bribery, misconduct, misuse of authority, public complaints, and operational loopholes.
- Get ready dashboards, summaries, briefs, and periodic reports for management assess.
- Track progress of preliminary inquiries, fact-finding reports, and cases recommended for Efficiency & Disciplinary Proceedings.
- Arrange with field Assistant Managers, Deputy Managers, HR, permitted, disciplinary branch, and applicable administrative units.
- Spot movements, reiterate offenders, high-risk districts, vulnerable enforcement fields, and recurring misconduct patterns.
- Maintain confidential files, source info, complaint records, and investigation-related documentation.
