Job Description
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Data Analyst for its Monitoring & Internal Affairs wing in Lahore. This contractual role (SPPP-04) centers on building the data intelligence and analytical decision-support layer for the authority's monitoring network.
The analyst will enable real-time and periodic insight generation to support governance, enforcement, and regulatory decision-making. The position involves data engineering, statistical analysis, firm intelligence dashboard development, and performance monitoring.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 70,000 – 150,000 per month.
Qualification
Applicants must have a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years) in IT, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Software Engineering, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. A First Division (60% and above) is required.
Experience: 3 years for Masters/Bachelors (Hons) or 5 years post-qualification experience in the applicable field, such as at least one year in the public sector.

- Age: 25 to 45 years.
- Gender: Both male and female can register.

Role Responsibilities
- Data ingestion from multiple operational systems.
- Structured/unstructured data transformation (ETL-lite aid.
- Data cleaning, validation, deduplication, and normalization.
- Data pipeline coordination with system teams.
- Dataset structuring for analytics consumption and logical grouping for KPIs and dashboards.
- Tendency analysis, time-series evaluation, pattern detection, and anomaly identification.
- Comparative performance analysis throughout departments/districts.
- Dashboard development using Power BI/Tableau and KPI visualization frameworks.
