Job Description
The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Manager Internal Affairs for its contractual workforce task. This role is set in Lahore and reports to the Head of Internal Affairs & Intelligence. The position involves supervising internal monitoring, complaint verification, field intelligence, and preliminary investigations.
The manager will assess misconduct reports and recommend administrative, preventive, or disciplinary measures. This is a senior-level contract position (SPPP-03) for applicants with a sturdy background in law enforcement, armed forces, or intelligence bodies.

Salary & Compensation
Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 25,000 – 60,000 per month.
Qualification
Candidates must keep a Masters or Bachelors (Hons) degree (16 years of education) with at least 60% marks from an HEC-recognized institution. A minimum of 5 years (for Masters) or 8 years (for Bachelors) experience in Armed Forces, Police, or any Law Enforcement Agency is required.
Preference will be given to those with experience in premier intelligence institutions.

Role Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Internal Affairs & Intelligence in planning, supervision, and execution of internal affairs functions.
- Monitor field team conduct, public dealing, enforcement practices, and compliance with rules and SOPs.
- Oversee collection, verification, and analysis of field intelligence regarding corruption, misuse of authority, bribery, and misconduct.
- Evaluate complaints against field officials and suggest appropriate preliminary action.
- Spot loopholes in field operations, enforcement procedures, reporting mechanisms, and public interaction.
- Carry out or manage fact-finding inquiries and preliminary investigations.
- Arrange analytical reports for prompt evaluation of Efficiency & Disciplinary Proceedings.
- Keep up liaison with field formations, DERBs, enforcement stations, HR, legal, and disciplinary branches.
