Job Description

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Manager Training on a contract basis for its Lahore office. This role is piece of the PERA Contractual Workforce venture and is classified at level SPPP-03.

The Manager Training will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all training and expert development programs for PERA personnel.

This includes developing Normal Working Procedures (SOPs) for training activities, making sure compliance with law enforcement standards. Human rights regulations, and supervising live-fire exercises, battle inoculation, and simulation-based training.

The perform domain also involves tracking attendance, performance, and certification records, carrying out post-training evaluations, and maintaining training databases. The Manager will get ready routine reports for senior leadership on training progress and gaps, assist in drafting training budgets, and monitor expenditures. Also..

The position needs supervising and coordinating the functioning of all training academies.. Schools — And centers under PERA.. Carrying out periodic inspections and audits.. And securing training programs are suited to gather the wants of distinct branches and specialties.

Salary & Compensation

Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.

Qualification

Applicants must keep a Master's or Bachelor's (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university, with at least 60% marks or a First Division. Also, 5 years of post-qualification experience in the Armed Forces, Police, or any other law-enforcement agency is required.

Role Responsibilities

• Build Usual Running Procedures (SOPs) for training activities.
• Confirm training programs comply with law enforcement standards, human rights regulations, and internal policies.
• Oversee live-fire exercises, battle inoculation, and simulation-based training.
• Track attendance, performance, and certification records of trainees.
• Run post-training evaluations to assess effectiveness and boost upcoming programs.
• Keep up training databases and documentation, and arrange steady reports for senior leadership.
• Assist in drafting training budgets and monitoring expenditures.
• Supervise and arrange the functioning of all training academies, schools, and centers under PERA.
