Job Description

The Punjab Enforcement & Regulatory Authority (PERA) is hiring a Senior Manager Academics to manage and straight all training activities for its officers. This role is located in Lahore and is section of the PERA Contractual Team venture under the SPPP-02 level. The position is contractual with one vacancy.

The Senior Manager Academics will be responsible for developing annual and monthly training schedules lined up with PERA's objectives.. Updating training modules and lesson blueprints to reflect current organizational.. Technological — And lawful tendencies.. And supervising all training academies, and schools.. And centers.

The operate sphere also involves coordinating with the Monitoring. Execution wing for research, carrying out tests and after-action reviews, and keeping up training records. This role is ideal for experienced training professionals with a background in enforcement or academic instruction.

you’ll confirm training programs gather high standards, comply with international laws of armed conflict. Human rights standards, and support crisis management and disaster response scenarios. The position calls for powerful analytical, decision-making, and training abilities, along with proficiency in MS Office.

Salary & Compensation

Estimated marketplace salary: PKR 120,000 – 250,000 per month.

Qualification

Applicants must keep a Master’s or Bachelor’s (Hons) degree (16 years of education) in any discipline from an HEC-recognized university with at least 60% marks (First Division). Also, 8 years of post-qualification experience as an instructor in a training or academic institution is required. Age limit is 40 to 60 years.

Role Responsibilities

• Grow annual and monthly training schedules in line with PERA’s objectives.
• Build and update training modules, lesson schemes, and courseware according to up-to-date movements.
• Design periodic training modules and expertise upgradation courses for PERA HQ employees.
• Oversee and organize the functioning of all training academies, schools, and centers.
• Arrange with PERA Monitoring and Rollout wing for research related to PERA operations.
• Lead and design research projects to improve PERA operations and efficacy.
• Carry out tests, drills, and after-action reviews to assess trainee performance.
• Uphold training records, reports, and performance databases.
• Supervise procurement and maintenance of training equipment, simulators, and infrastructure.
• Make sure compliance with international laws of armed conflict and human rights standards.
